a) When visiting the website

When you access our website, your browser automatically sends information to our server, which is stored temporarily: IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, referrer URL, and the browser and operating system used. This data is processed to ensure a stable, secure, and convenient connection. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. We do not use this data to draw conclusions about your identity.

b) Instant Match funnel

When you use our Instant Match funnel, we process the information you provide: the role description, your sourcing preferences, budget range, country, and, if you choose to submit them, your email address, name, phone number, and company website. We also record anonymous usage events, such as which steps of the funnel you reach, to understand demand for our service. We save your funnel answers as you progress, so we can improve our service even if you do not complete the form. Please do not enter personal data into the free-text role field.

The legal basis for processing your contact details is your consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, which you give via the checkbox before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting contact@artivate.de. Your data is used internally to match candidates and follow up on your request, and is not shared with third parties.

c) Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send updates. Subscription takes place via a double opt-in process, and you can unsubscribe at any time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.

d) Online Appointments

When you book online appointments (e.g. via Calendly), personal data such as your name, email address, and phone number may be processed, solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.

3. Data Storage Location

The data collected through the Instant Match funnel is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom, operated on our behalf by our infrastructure provider. The United Kingdom is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, so no additional transfer safeguards are required.

4. Use of Cookies and Analytics Tools

Our website may use cookies and comparable technologies (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) to analyse website usage and optimise marketing activities.
